Profile
I take pride in staying active and looking after my health, which helps me remain consistent, dependable, and rarely ever unwell. Over the past few years, I’ve been fortunate to travel to different parts of the world and gain experience across a variety of industries and roles. These experiences have helped me become adaptable, eager to learn, and comfortable working in different environments.
I also speak Spanish at a conversational level and train in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, occasionally competing. Outside of work, I enjoy fitness training, reading, investing in stocks and cryptocurrency, and studying philosophy. Through these interests, I’ve developed a strong sense of discipline, resilience, and curiosity — qualities I always aim to bring into my work. I’m committed to being hardworking, reliable, and honest, and I take pride in doing my best wherever I’m needed.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
I am an avid participant in martial arts and it is a passion of mine. I have been training BJJ, Judo and grappling martial arts for over 5 years and have achieved my blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I believe this shows an ability to be comfortable in uncomfortable situations, think on your feet and solve problems under pressure. An employer can expect this from me as well as commitment and consistency.
Economics student of the year.
During my time in secondary school I was awarded the Economics student of the year award for my particular year.
Self Taught Spanish
I am a lover of languages and have been teaching myself Spanish in my free time. After 16 months of studying I achieved a B1 level of proficiency which I believe can benefit any future employer. I have since travelled Latin America for 7 months and would now consider myself fluent in Spanish as well as adapt at many dialects and accents of the language having spent time in Mexico, Argentina, Peru, Colombia, Costa Rica and Spain.
Investing in the stock market and Crypto
I have been investing every second months wages into the stock market as an investment for the future. I've learned these skills in my free time from podcasts, books and youtube. I'm willing to take calculated risks and be forward thinking. I also took big risk and made a big bet towards crypto during the pandemic.Investments in Bitcoin and Ethereum, as well as smaller crypto projects, have paid off with over 100% to date (even given recent market dip, May 2022). These skills can be expected from me by any potential employer.
Avid Learner
I enjoy learning new things in the fields of personal development, philosophy, science, psychology and more from YouTube, podcasts and non-fiction books. I'm always willing to listen, learn and discuss ideas and interesting topics with friends, colleagues and strangers.
Campaign Manager
I was the campaign manager for my friends run for UCCs Student Union Welfare officer in 2020. I ran and grew the socail media pages from 0 to 1000 in 2 weeks and designed all posters, banners, instagram posts and logo for the campaign as well as manage our team, campaigning locations and strategy. Our team spoke to thousands of students over 3 days and we won the election by over 350 votes besides being last on the ballot, facing strong competiton and my friend not being apart of any socities or guilds. Please see projects page for a look at some of the social media and poster work , etc that I designed.
Content Creation Skills
I built a website during the pandemic from scratch ( applying skills learned on Youtube etc) and have used it to write articles on topics that interest me as well as allow others to do the same. I also created TikTok content during my time in Latin America which has over 50k likes. I have experience designing instagram content also for the instagram account that accompanied my website. www.civilian_news.com
